Description:
I need to use classis ASP and so do many others I believe.

We can use MySql 64-bit with no problem but the connector has to be 32-bit.

Now there is no MyODBC 32-bit version starting from 8.x, this is impossible to use.

Could you make 32-bit ODBC please for all of us who still depend on it?

If not, can I use myODBC 5.3 with mySQL 8? It seems to work except new features.

It would be really nice if you would relase the 32-bit version of 8.x myODBC.

I know you discontinued mySQL 32-bit but application can use 54-bit one, the ODBC driver has to be 32-bit.

How to repeat:
Try to use the myODBC 8.x with Classic ASP.

Suggested fix:
To release 32-bit MyODBC 8.x

Bug #90708 also opened for Connector/C (libmysqlclient) which also highlight the need for 32bit

The new version of MySQL ODBC Driver 8.0.12 is released.
It includes the 32-bit version for Windows as well.
