Description:
The ODBC installer (mysql-connector-odbc-8.0.11-winx64.msi) does not install the 32bit ODBC drivers

How to repeat:
Install mysql-connector-odbc-8.0.11-winx64.msi (Typical or Custom).

Check 64bit and 32bit ODBC Admin. The drivers are only present in the 64bit admin drivers tab

I need this also as I use Microsft Sql Server Integration Services. When you deploy it, it will run as a 64bit app but the development window is 32 bit so needs the 32 bit ODBC drivers as well.

I have just installed MySQL 8 and the v8 driver works fine (on test). The V5.3 comes up with a caching_sha2_password plugin not available

The new version of MySQL ODBC Driver 8.0.12 is released.
It includes the 32-bit version for Windows as well.
