Description:
Downloaded the latest developer version : mysql-utilities-1.6.3.pkg

When trying to install, receiving the warning : 
This package is incompatible with this version of OS X and may fail to install.

How to repeat:
mount the dmg file, and then run the installer with the pkg file

Suggested fix:

Has there been a resolution to this issue?  I see many cloned issues, can't find resolutions there.  Are the SQL Utilities simply incompatible with El Capitan (10.11)?

This is duplicate of Bug #79700, which was fixed in MySQL Utilities 1.6.4 release, and here's the changelog entry:

Installation packaging code was modified to function with Mac OS X 10.11
(El Capitan). Installation no longer fails, and users can now install
MySQL Utilities on El Capitan.
