Description:
I am running OSX 10.11.16 and trying to install MYSQL Utilities 1.6.4

The installer says "This package is incompatible with this version of OS X and may fail to install. Installing this package may damage your system, and the installation may fail. To stop the program and the installation, click “Cancel Installation”.

When I click INSTALL ANYWAY, it does fail the installation.

How to repeat:
Download the .DMG file again and try it again, still fails

Suggested fix:
Build it for OSX 10.11.6
