Description:
Solaris 10 (and later) packages should support SMF (Service Management Facility).

This is in place in OpenSolaris and Sun Web Stack.  Implementation must align with that and assure compatibility and streamline migration.

Suggested fix:
Add SMF functionality and support as similar as possible to what already exists in OpenSolaris.
