Actually I have an 8.0.19 Connector . with That connector I can't install 
 
Any other versions. otherwise, I Can't Uninstall the Connector also.

Thank you for the bug report. I don't have problem to uninstall it, anyway read some usggestion on https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=76155 and others reported as duplicate.
