Description:
When connected as 'root', any modification made on the "User Administration" section cannot be saved by clicking on the "Apply Changing". An error message saying "Error while storing User Information" is displayed.

The only way to save information is to click on another User, force the saving of the data, and click on the "OK" button of the message box described above which is appearing another time.

How to repeat:
Install MySQLServer 5.0.3 beta on Windows XP Professional
