Description:
We have table created with charset "utf8" and collation "utf8_turkish_ci", but Alter table screen shows collation as "utf8_bin" which is misleading. (Btw older version 6.3.10 shows correctly)

How to repeat:
Right click on a table and select "Alter Table..."
