Description:
On old versions of Workbench when hoovering with the mouse over a table or relationship line a tooltip would popup with some information about the table or relationship.

This popup now only shows as a very small square without any information. According to (https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=72257) this can be disabled but there are no option to enable or disable popovers globally under preferences.

How to repeat:
Hoover the mouse over a table or relatioship line.
