Description:
I have a Windows 8.1 Single language installation.I used "mysql-installer-web-community-8.0.11.0 - Community". Everything is installed correctly. When I go to configure the product in the "Authentication method" tab there is no next button to progress further.

How to repeat:
Verify the installation, then click the "Next" button to progress to the "Product Configuration" page.

"Type and Networking" is the second step. Choose "Standalone MySQL Server" option.

Next ask for "Authentication Method" Use Strong password recommendation .There is no "Next" button so the installation can progress. Configure, or reconfigure by uninstalling and reinstalling, always gets stuck at this point
