Description:
Looks like after last OS update I received I Mac OS High Sierra (10.13 (17A405) I lost the result window on my mysql workbench. Earlier it seem to be working fine. 

My queries executes successfully but I cant see the results.

How to repeat:
Select 1 from dual;

there is no output window to view the result.
