How do i attach??

Making  a query on any table causes the program to crash.
It will not return any data and will not close out.

How to repeat:
Have a Mac with the latest software version.
Open MySQL Workbench.
Connect to database.
Make query.
Then try to do anything else.

Suggested fix:
Make queries work? Kinda fundamental.
