Description:

Running a query returns: 
10:59:35	SELECT * FROM telepain_md.surveys_by_patient	9 row(s) returned	0.075 sec / 0.000036 sec

There is no Results Grid, no way to see actual rows.

How to repeat:
Run a query

Suggested fix:
Get the results grid to display
