Thank you for the report.
This is most likely duplicate of Bug #87662, please see Bug #87662
Coming to the issue seen during Synchronize model steps, if you drag the separator(between Model, Update, Source columns) to left then are visible. But yes, first time all looks like dotted lines but once you drag to the left then subsequent views reflect correctly.
