Description:
I'm using workbench to manage my local mysql server. When I opened the interface of "Users and Privileges", and choosed one user, switched to the tab of "Schema Privileges", the interface was not full, most of the UI is blank.

I've tested that it only happens on lower screen video mode of 1366x768, both the version 6.3.8 and 6.3.9 are the same problem (version 6.3.7 works fine).

How to repeat:
turn your video mode to 1366x768, open workbench, click "Users and Privileges", and the choose one user, switch to "Schema Privileges" tab.
Suggested fix:
ensure the whole interface could be seen.
