Description:
when update mysql via mysql instaler comunity
workbench version newer than 6.3 on my instaler comunity 5.6.35
OS : Windows Server 2012
the workbench version will not work and result eror, can't open any conection
I still don't use any of update because this make me doing rework, uninstal or revert my server.

i try newest version mysql community 5.7.17.0 the version of workbench here will same result error when opened, and i decided to use old version, i think newer version will had better feature, but absolutely not

How to repeat:
just instal mysql instaler comunity 5.6.35 on Windows Server 2012 and then go to update, update workbench, after than mysql will stop working when open workbench,
newer version of comunity instaler will make same eror result on workbench
