Description:
In the "Administration - Users and Privileges" window, the "Schema Privileges" tab window is only partially visible and there is no way to scroll or access the entire page. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like: http://i.imgur.com/4Yw9F4p.png 

How to repeat:
Navigate to the "Administration - Users and Privileges" window and the "Schema Privileges" tab

Suggested fix:
Display the entire UI
