Description:
when you use user and privileges
the last tabpage (schema privileges)
content is covered by right docked panel 
which can`t allow you to select the desired schema or privileges that you need to grant the selected user.

How to repeat:
schema privileges tab is covered by right docked panel in user and privileges

Suggested fix:
hide panel
