Description:
When defining a user the "Schema Privileges" tab is non-functional when the Workbench window is in fullscreen mode (which is the default mode on start-up). Only the "Schema" column is shown in the embedded window and the "revoke all privileges", "delete entry", and "add entry" buttons are missing.

The problem goes away when the "restore down" window button is clicked and does NOT re-appear when the Workbench window is returned to fullscreen.

How to repeat:
Ensure Workbench is in fullscreen mode on start up.

Connect to a db instance as "root" or a another user id with DBA privileges.

In the Navigator tab, select "management", select "users and privileges" to open a "Administration - Users and Privileges" tab.

In the "Administration - Users and Privileges" tab, click "Add Account" then click the "Schema Privileges" tab to see the problem.

NOTE: entering user information in the "Login", "Account Limits", and "Administrative Roles" tabs doesn't mitigate the problem.
