Description:
The single or double quotation marks and others doesn't work on SQL editor with the "U.S. International - PC" keyboard layout. It works perfectly on every other application and used to work on previous versions of MySQL Workbench.
According to Mike Lischke (https://forums.mysql.com/read.php?152,655315,655606#msg-655606), the editor is the Scintilla and it most likely have a bug with it.
I searched for a bug report, but I've only found people in the forum asking about it.

How to repeat:
Change the locale to Brazil and the keyboard layout to "U.S. International - PC", then open the MySQL Workbench SQL editor and try to insert single or double quotation marks.
