Description:
Cannot save data model. When I try to save using "Save" or "Save As" I receive the following message every time regardless of where I'm trying to save the file to: "Could not save XML data to file /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/MySQL/Workbench/newmodel.mwbd/document.mwb.xml"

(Please note "<user>" is my name, without spaces in lowercase. I've omitted it for privacy.) 

How to repeat:
Try to save.

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat with version 6.3.8 however I recommend you to wait for a new release due to bug: https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=83658.

I have the same issue on Version 6.3.9
/Users/{user}/Library/Application Support/MySQL/Workbench/newmodel.mwbd/document.mwb.xml

My MACBook has restarted a couple of times and the model was restored, not sure if this makes a difference.
