Description:
The 'Check for Updates' button in the help menu always says 'MySQL Workbench is Up to Date' even when there are newer versions available. 
I'm on 6.3.3.0 and version 6.4 is available, but I still get the above message. I've seen this happen on previous versions to.

How to repeat:
go to Help menu, select 'Check for Updates'
