Description:
MySQL for Excel add-in sidebar doesn't show properly. Everything is hidden and scroll doesn't work. Please see attachment

How to repeat:
How to repeat this issue.
I'm using Windows 7 and Office 2010

1.Right click on the desktop and select Screen Resolution
2.Select link "Make text and other items lager or smaller" 
3. Select "larger 150%" and press "apply" button
4. Open excel and you will see the issue

All my new laptops with high resolution have the problem to display MySQL add-in sidebar in a usable way. The workaround did not work as well. Hope it can be fixed soon.
