Description:
Following link discusses how to install SSL certs to merlin and agents, but 
doesn't cover maintenance of SSL certs for MySQL Server backend

How to repeat:
which may eventually lead to error like following when connecting to MySQL Server 
backend: 

SSL connection error: ASN: after date in the past 

Suggested fix:
Create documentation about MEM repository SSL certificates maintenance.

This is important because the certificate shipped with 3.0.18/3.0.19 expired on Jan 28 2015.
