It's the same thing with the msi package. It starts rolling back while installing. I tried Uninstall from windows directly but i can't too.

Posted by developer: This is a problem with the MySQL for Visual Studio's MSI, not with the MySQL Installer. Also this is a duplicate bug of #21953055. Please try upgrading directly to the latest 1.2.5 version, this should fix the upgrade problem. Since the bug was fixed in 1.2.5, upgrading to lower versions will fail.
