Description:
For some reason i cannot upgrade MySQL for visual Studio from version 1.1.3 to 1.2.3 using MySQL installer. I think it could be a problem from visual studio 2013 rather the MySQL installer. For some reason the MySQL installer open's the Visual Studio while it's trying to upgrade! Maybe i'm going try reset or reinstall visual studio, but meantime i would appreciate some help/suggestions.

File with the details while upgrading:

File with the log copied after finished:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/25406203/installLog.txt

How to repeat:
Upgrade MySQL for Visual Studio using MySQL installer. From version 1.1.3 to 1.2.3 .

Thank you for the bug report. As workaround try the msi package:

http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/visualstudio/

Thanks.

It's the same thing with the msi package. It starts rolling back while installing. I tried Uninstall from windows directly but i can't too.

This is a problem with the MySQL for Visual Studio's MSI, not with the MySQL Installer.
Also this is a duplicate bug of #21953055.
Please try upgrading directly to the latest 1.2.5 version, this should fix the upgrade problem.
Since the bug was fixed in 1.2.5, upgrading to lower versions will fail.
