when I edit a table, I can't found how to reorder the columns or insert a column before any other, I think this is a bug or a lack of functions.

MySql Adminstrator GUI appears to support the reordering of columns. If you click on a columnName to highlight it, then click and drag, a line appears between columns (it's a bit touchy, you must be over blank space for the line to appear). You can drop it where you want it - or you should be able to.
But sadly, nothing actually happens - the "no-entry" symbol appears, presumably meaning "you cannot drop here". 
At least this is what happens on Windows XP with admin version 1.1.2 and older. No change is registered, no change occurs.

Many thanks for writing a bug report. We are on the way to implement full functionality of MySQL Administrator into MySQL Workbench. We won't add this feature request anymore.
