Description:
Selection of any of the GUI actions (except menu bar) does not work on a brand new MacBook Pro with Retina
Display.  The OS is Mountain Lion.  When the GUI is opened on an external displays the problem is not present.

The only way to carry out any of the workbench actions is via the Menu bar.
Issue is not present on older MacBook Pro on OS Lion.  Although I believe the issue is with the retina display an not
so much with the OS

How to repeat:
Open the GUI on a MacBook Pro laptop with Retina Display.  try to open any connection, manage connection
in the SQL Development pane, or manage Import/Expor on the Server Administrator pane, etc.
