How to repeat:
Create 2 tables in an empty model, right click the 2nd table and click edit table, everything is normal at this point. Now right click the 1st table and click edit table, the edit table window never pops up no matter how you try. If a 3rd table is created, the 2nd and 1st table will not be editable anymore.
