Description:
When entering a bug report, you can't access the functionality of the application while the Bug Report window is open. 
Makes it an inconvenience to enter an accurate bug report as you have to close the Bug Report window and lose your information to double check the issue.

How to repeat:
Open Bug Report from Help menu.
Try accessing the functionality of the application from either them menu or from the ui.

Looks like a duplicate of Bug #65258, but for Mac OS X.
