Description:
Within the Server Administration section, when you create a new user under the "Security->Users and Privileges", if the list of users is sorted, clicking 'Add Account' will create a new entry called 'newuser', but disable the selection of users in the list and force you to select the last entry in the list, which, since it is sorted, may not be the 'newuser'. In this case, it's very possible(as has happened to us) to overwrite a user, as if you don't explicitly look at the selected user, one would assume that the new user is selected.

How to repeat:
1. Create a user called "testUser" through any method
2. Click the 'User' list header in Users and Privileges to sort the list of users in ascending alphabetical order.
3. Click 'Add Account button'
4. Notice that 'newUser' is now in the list, but 'testUser' is selected without the option to change selection.

Suggested fix:
Change the auto selection of the user to the newly created user, rather than the last entry in the list, regardless of sorting of the list.

Verified on Windows XP.

Looks like clicking Refresh button and then selecting new user explicitly helps to workaround the problem and change settings for newly created user.
