Description:
If you use the column headers of the User Accounts list box to sort the accounts by User and press "Add Account", a new Entry in the middle of the list will apear. and the last Entry will be selected to edit.

Bug first seen in 5.2.36 then updated to 5.2.37 Rev 8576 and Bug is still there.

How to repeat:
- Start WB
- Start Server Administration
- Select Users and Privileges
- Sort Accounts by klicking on "User" in column header
- klick "add Account"

This is fixed as of 5.2.38, and the changelog entry is as follows:

Within "Server Administration", "Users and Privileges", selecting "Add
Account" after sorting the users would insert the new user
into the list alphabetically, yet open the bottom user entry
into the editor.
