Description:
Value of '-3' is not valid for 'SplitterDistance'. 'SplitterDistance' must be
greater than 0. Error message populates upon attempting to open connection. No settings were changed, I attempted to replace files with no-install files but error still exists.

How to repeat:
Best guess is when I used the tabs in the top right to hide the sidebar.

Looks like a duplicate of bug #63582. Please, check.
