Access to the path"'C:\Program Files (x86)MySQL\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc' is denied

How to repeat:
Going to windows>MySQL>MySQL Workbench 5.2CE>open>Unexpected Error

Duplicate with bug http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=62709 as work-around run Workbench as Administrator.
