Description:
Access tp path 'C:\Program Files(x86)\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc' is denied.

How to repeat:
Simply running "C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35\MySQLWorkbench.exe"

Suggested fix:
Works with RunAsAdministrator - so suggest installation note to run as Admin on Win 7 builds - and perhaps error message prompt in same vein.

This is a duplicate of bug #62709 (or bug #62703). Please, upgrade to 5.2.35.1 (.msi binaries) or run Workbench as Administrator.
