Description:
When trying to start application (Workbench) is states it cannot access C:\Program Fiels (x82)|mySQL Workbench CE5.2.35\db_utils.pyc becuase it is denied and requests I file a bug report.

How to repeat:
attempt to start app on Windows 7

Suggested fix:
make corrections to installer package.
