Description:
Upgraded from 5.2.29 to 5.2.35 and received error message, "Access to the path C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Workbench 5.2 CE\db_utils.pyc' is denied.

How to repeat:
Upgraded from 5.2.29 to 5.2.35 and and try to start MySQL Workbench.

Looks like a duplicate of bug #62703 or bug #62709. Please, check.
