Description:
Work bench won't open.  I get error message "Access to the path 'c:\program files\MySQL\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc' is denied."
Windows 7.  Brand new install of MySQL.

How to repeat:
Attempt to open Work Bench.  It gives the error message every time.

Looks like a duplicate of bug #62703 or bug #62709. Please, check.

Yes, probably a duplicate.  If I "run as administrator", it works fine.
