Description:
when i click workbench 5.2.35 icon, mysql display the reports as below:

mysql workbench has encounter a problem 

access to the pathc:\program file 
9x86
0\mysql\mysql workbench ce 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc is denied

How to repeat:
mysql workbench has encouunted a problem with c:\progrma files\mysqmysql workbench ce.5.2.35\db_utils.pyc

I DELETE MSQL DATABASE FROM MY COMPUTER BECAUSE I CANNOT OPEN WORKBENCH CE 5.2.35 BECAUSE DURING THE INSTALLING THE FAILURE HAS OCCURED ON THE CONFIGURATION FOR WORKBENC CE 5.2.35 AND  THE ERROR IS NO FIREWALL APPLIED. 

PLEASE FEEDBACK SOME INSTRUCTIONS TO RE-INSTALL MYSQL DATABASE INTO MY COMPUTER

Looks like a duplicate of bug #62703 or bug #62709. Please, check (including workaround of running Workbench as Administrator, it may work).
