Download the latest version from the sql website install the software and run it

Did you install using the MySQL Installer or the standalone WB pkg?

I used the mysql installer for windows all in one for all platforms. When i installed it aswell there was a warning in yellow writing someyhing about firewall

Looks like a duplicate of bug #62703 or bug #62709. Check if workarounds presented there help in your case.
