How to repeat:
Go to web page
http://search.mysql.com/search/query/search?q=fulltext&group=refman-51&search_p_atname=Lan...

Or go to webpage http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/ and type to search field some text a hit enter or Go button.

Yes, I've also noted this new manifestation of a known issue (see bug #59924) today. Use Google search as a temporary workaround.

I am sorry, but there's absolutely nothing we (MySQL docs team) can do about it. I've talked to the MySQL Web team who used to be in charge, but they can't do much about it either these days, because there's a central search facility in place now that the Web team has no access to. I've talked to those guys as well, and they assured me that the problem with failing searches (as reported) will be resolved soon.
