Description:
Recently attempted to install latest version of Workbench.  Installer runs with no issues, but when you start up program, spash screen comes up, and then windows spits out a window saying the program has ended.

How to repeat:
Download latest 5.2.31a installer
Install
Attempt to start Workbench, get splash screen, then programs dies.
