Description:
I allready instaled on a windows xp machine freesshd to connect with ssh and in order to use the server administration part in this package and I receive a error that a module has crashed and I need to make a Bug report, i want to know if is something to do...

When you'll get this error again, please, right click somewhere in the error dialog box with no text and use Copy stack trace to clipboard context menu item. Please, send stack trace to this report.

THIS I GET WHEN I WANT TO ADMINISTER A XAMPP MYSQL WITH FREESSHD INSTALED, THE SAME I GET ON LOCALHOST OPTION IF I SELECT.
WHAT IS CRAZY? AFTER THIS MESSAGE I GET "SET WINDOWS CONFIGURATION PARAMETER FOR THIS MACHINE"..., FOR MY FREESSHD ? BUT... THIS IS ALLREADY INSTALED ON MY XP MACHINE!!!

If I use Manage server Instances... this works, what i do not understand for what is "New Server Instance"...

This sounds like bug #59578, I'll mark this as duplicate. You can workaround either by creating a MySQL service for starting/stopping it or by using Manager Instances (as you've found out).
