Documented bugfix in the NDB 7.0.22 and 7.1.11 changelogs as follows:

ndb_select_all did not print NULL values as it did in MySQL Cluster NDB
      6.3 and earlier.

Also added a note about this to the section of the docs covering ndb_select_all.

Closed.
