Description:
The MEM README files and installers have links to enterprise.mysql.com.  New customers that buy MEM via the Oracle price list and download MEM via E-Delivery will not have access to subscription content on that site and should instead be directed to the corresponding contents on dev.mysql.com, where the 2.3 documentation is currently posted.

How to repeat:
1) Click on a link on one of the installer screens.
2) View the README and click on the links included there.

Suggested fix:
Link to the corresponding content on dev.mysql.com.

Bug was solved for the service manager installers and README_* (which I think was the original idea of the bug). But as the agent README_* also contain references to "enterprise.mysql.com" (checked: 2.3.1.2044) I re-open this bug:
