Creating an EER-diagram with relationships and then simply moving the mouse through the window

I also had this problem with version 26-28 and I need this program for
school, but everytime I need to relate tables that error keeps showing
up so I can't do anything anymore.

This is a duplicate of Bug #56093. Please, add the results of Help > System Info menu item and you comments there, and answer my question from the last comment in that bug report.

Starting from the command-line using -swrendering seems to work
