Description:
This was requested in a meeting with Server QA. They would like to see connection statements reflected in the log to make it easier to interpret.

How to repeat:
Run any test with switches connections and observe that this cannot be seen from the log.

Suggested fix:
Add a command like --enable-connect-log which turns on such logging. This should be off by default to avoid massive changes to existing result files.

      If query log is disabled, disable connect log too
      Also some related cleanup in mysqltest.test: removing duplicate test loop
