Description:
apply attached patch for ndb_database,
observer that
create table t1;
drop table t1; => unknown table t1

and that if adding a "insert into t1" inbetween, it works

admittedly, some things has happened before in testcase...
but this is plain weird

DOCS: problem was with drop database,
  which could sometimes leave a table object
  in cache, which caused problems for subsequent DDL

Documented bugfix in the NDB-6.3.38, 7.0.19, and 7.1.8 changelogs, as follows:

        In certain cases, DROP DATABASE could sometimes leave behind 
        a table object in the DBDICT kernel block's cache, which
        caused problems with subsequent DDL operations.

Closed.
