In the "Reverse Engineer Database" > "Connection Options" dialog, part of the standard connection dialog is shown, including the ability to select a default schema. I propose removing the "default schema" field/option here (hiding it) as it is somewhat confusing later in the process (when a schema needs to be selected in the "select schemata" step). There is no need to have it here.

Noticed while testing for bug #55954

How to repeat:
"Reverse Engineer Database" > "Connection Options"

An entry has been added to the 5.2.31 changelog:

In the Reverse Engineer Database wizard, the ability to select the default schema on the Connection Options page was superfluous.
