Description:
Synchronize model wizard does not allow options for the SQL script such as inclusion of foreign keys and schema qualifiers.

How to repeat:
Reverse Engineer a model from a db.  Modify it.  Select Database - Synchronize Model.  Options should be available for the generated SQL script, but the only customization possible is to edit the SQL by hand.

Suggested fix:
In the Synchronize Model wizard, allow the user to select the same options that appear in the first step of the the Forward Engineer wizard.
