Description:
mtr.pl has a test case timeout (default 15 minutes).

This feature request is for making it possible to overwrite this default on a test to test basis (e.g. in a .opt file), so that sine files can have longer or shorter timeouts than the default.

This value could have absolute or relative values compared to the default.

E.g.: test-case.opt:
testcase-timeout: 18

would increase the timeout to 18 minutes

E.g.: test-case.opt
testcase-timeout: 1.5x

would increase the timeout to 22,5 minutes if the default was 15 minutes
